During my 12 years on the mission field, I played a key role in helping newly-arrived missionaries adapt to the vast cultural changes they were experiencing. This formed an important part of my development as a compassionate counselor for Christian workers.

I learned Castillian Spanish and applied it to my daily life during a period of 12 years of service in Spain. I have a high level of spoken and written Spanish. I can serve as a translator into English, or between Spanish and English.
